Pin-Control of Supersonic Projectiles

For my PhD I used numerical methods to research a novel control method for the guidance of supersonic projectiles. The CFD results then provided input to a 6 degree-of-freedom model for flight physics analysis.

Aeroacoustics Modelling

Aeroacoustics modelling using CFD to determine unsteady blade pressure loading on a cooling fan in a turbulent flow.

The blade pressure data can be used to determine the acoustic field using a BEM solver.
